Code of Ethics

STRUK'IT has adopted a code of ethics for its directors, partners, and team members. This code sets out the principles of conduct and behavior expected of us in our dealings with our customers, in a spirit of rigor, professionalism, and excellence. It is based on the fundamental values of respect, integrity, transparency, and responsibility.

Respect

  • STRUK'IT and all its employees are committed to treating every customer with respect, courtesy, fairness and kindness, whatever their origins, beliefs, or opinions. Every interaction must reflect a profound respect for the individual and his or her dignity.

  • Team members must address customers as "Sir", "Madam" or "Miss", unless the customer explicitly requests otherwise.

  • A neat and professional appearance is required at all times.

The right to information and transparency

  • STRUK'IT guarantees its customers clear, comprehensible access to project information.

  • Each stage of progress is communicated in a rigorous, regular, and accessible way, in a transparent language, to ensure a collaboration based on trust.

The Right to Privacy

  • All personal and professional data entrusted by the customer is strictly confidential.

  • No information may be communicated to third parties without the customer's explicit authorization, except in the event of a legal obligation.

  • Confidential exchanges with the customer must be treated with the utmost discretion and must not be divulged under any circumstances.

Professional discretion

  • STRUK'IT team members are expected to be reserved in what they say and do in the presence of customers.

  • Internal complaints, personal comments or confidences of a private or professional nature have no place in exchanges with customers or in workplaces accessible to them.

Integrity and honesty

  • STRUK'IT acts with the utmost probity in all its business relationships.

  • Any form of deception, breach of trust, or concealment is strictly forbidden. Loyalty to the customer is a constant requirement.

Compliance with laws and regulations

  • STRUK'IT is committed to scrupulously complying with all laws, standards, and regulations applicable to its activities.

  • This compliance is essential to the credibility of the company and the safety of its customers.

Donations and financial solicitations

It is strictly forbidden for any STRUK'IT team member, partner or employee to accept or solicit any gift, gratuity, advantage or financial contribution from a customer, except with the prior written authorization of STRUK'IT management.

Written commitment to respect the code

  • All team members, as well as regular partners and service providers, agree in writing to abide by this code of ethics.

  • STRUK'IT ensures that this code is prominently displayed and accessible on its premises.

Expected customer behavior

The customer is required to respect the elementary rules of civility, respect for others and decorum. Any behavior deemed abusive, discriminatory or harassing towards team members may result in termination of the business relationship with immediate effect.
